Carl Wilson
Summary of Qualifications
Carl Wilson has drawn heavily upon his experience as president of his condominium’s homeowners’ association and as an advocate for homeowners rights legislation in Washington State in his work with Charter. He worked closely with the attorney, contractor and other homeowners as his condominium underwent extensive repairs and gained valuable, first-hand knowledge of the needs and concerns of residents and the construction process. Carl decided to change careers and work exclusively with Charter in his newfound passion for quality construction, and started as a Homeowner Liaison in 2004 and promoted to Project Engineer in 2008. Carl understands the multitude of concerns that affect the owners’ community and has proven himself in dealing with the complex construction issues that define a defect repair project.
Carl combines an in-depth knowledge of the construction process with a practiced ability to coordinate tasks and streamline results.
