of Qualifications
Ed brings more than 20 years of residential and commercial experience to his
position as superintendent. Highly regarded for his problem-solving expertise,
Ed has developed a solid reputation for coordinating and motivating subcontractors
to perform their duties in a professional and timely manner. Ed possesses broad
experience in all phases of field project management, and has an extensive
background in architectural restoration and commercial renovation. Under his
field supervision, the Bloedel Reserve Education Center received the AGC 1992
Grand Award for Construction Excellence, the National AIA Honor Award, the
Seattle Chapter AIA Honor Award, and the American Wood Council Honor Award.
Ed also constructed the intricate Japanese-style Salish Lodge Spa on a fast-track
schedule with the highest quality workmanship. He studied mathematics at Kent
State University and has completed the AGC Supervisory Training Program.
