Summary of Qualifications

Patrick Cosentino has been with Charter Construction since 2000, joining the firm as controller. He now has primary responsibility for the financial management and operations of the firm. Patrick manages a number of functions including accounting, human resources, information technology, marketing and all other support areas.

Patrick’s finance career began as financial analyst with Robert Bosch Corporation in Karlsruhe, Germany and then the Chicago suburbs. After leaving Bosch, he joined the Kenworth Truck Company for a short period of time before being recruited away to Charter.

In 2005, Patrick earned the “Construction Risk Insurance Specialist” (CRIS) certification from the institute of Risk Management as a means to curtailing the spiraling insurance and benefit costs the industry continues to experience. In addition, he passed the CPA exam in 1999.

Patrick holds a M.B.A. in Accounting from DePaul University and a B.S. in economics from Central Washington University.
