- Fortune View Condominiums – EIFS repair of 30-unit condominium complex;
window replacement and addition of trim detail
- Mount Baker Residence – supervised full remodel of 1913 Craftsman-style
Seattle home featured on TBS Superstation’s “Man Made Movie” television
show
- 1700 Seventh Avenue – served as safety officer and project engineer
for 15-floor fast-track tenant improvement for Nordstrom, maintaining construction
schedule to meet client’s move-in date
- Seattle Packaging – supervised seismic upgrade of fully
functioning and occupied warehouse
- Laurelhurst Residence – high-end restoration of Tudor-style home;
saved and restored original finishes while incorporating new finishes

Estate – construction of 40,000 SF waterfront estate including
main residence, multiple garages and beach house; required removal by barge of
three existing homes
