Curtis brings to Charter over 20 years in the construction industry with 14 years as a superintendent. He has extensive experience in residential, commercial, and industrial construction as well as subterranean parking structures, remodel/build-outs, high rise steel structures and post tension concrete buildings. Curtis specializes in running fast track, high quality projects — just what Charter does best.

Selected Projects 

• West Newton Residential - New construction of apartment building with 17 residential units and an owner occupied penthouse.
• Sweetbrier  Apartments – Mixed-use building including three levels of residential apartment units located above one ground level of retail/commercial with two and a half levels of below grade parking.
• Sherman Plaza – 5-story, 84,000 sf office building. Scope of work included steel and glass with a first floor curtain wall and a separate below and above grade parking structure.
• Marriott Hotel – 10 story, high end, 350-room wood framed hotel including subterranean parking with 4 stories below and one above.
• UCLA South West Housing Project – 18 building, 480-unit townhouse development spanning two city blocks.
• Springbrook Village Apartments – A 28 building apartment complex ranging from 12-30 units per building. Scope of work included a pool, tennis courts, clubhouse, parking garages and paved lots.
• Bethany at Silvercrest – This 99,000 sf retirement facility was designed as five octagons within one large octagon. The scope of work included a kitchen, cafeteria, and recreation rooms.
