Summary of Qualifications
Upon graduating from college, Dan Kidd found his niche in the construction industry. Serving as a project engineer on multi-family and commercial projects, Dan generates RFIs, submittals and purchase orders, updates schedules, prepares close-out documents, coordinates subcontractors and monitors quality control.
Dan communicates effectively with other members of the team to ensure a well executed project and offers insight and solutions when challenges arise.
Dan holds a BA in Construction Management/Engineering with a double minor in Business Management & Biology.
Selected Projects
- Stonewater Condominiums - 344 unit complex in Hillsboro, OR. The 619,653 square foot site with 99 buildings will be the largest construction defect repair project ever completed in Oregon. Major deficiencies to the building envelope were discovered as well as extensive dryrot as a result of water intrusion.
- Graystone Condominiums - Managed the rehabilitation of the 96-unit, 25 building gated community located in Happy Valley, OR.
- Sweetbrier Apartments – Mixed-use building including three levels of residential apartment units located above one ground level of retail/commercial with two and a half levels of below grade parking.
- Fort Lewis Ranger Barracks & Mess Hall – $39 million, 198,000 sf development project.
- Cabela’s World’s Famous Outfitter – $42 million, 200,000 sf retail store.

This mixed-use building in Seattle includes three levels of residential apartment units located above ground-level retail/commercial with two and a half levels of below-grade parking.
