After 15 years in emergency response construction on a national scale, Dan is excited to be focusing his work on the Northwest, serving as Team Leader for Charter’s Insurance Division.  A native of Oregon, Dan’s professional life has involved construction in one form or another for nearly 25 years. However, his expertise in navigating the complexities and logistics of insurance-covered losses is unparalleled in the industry.  He understands every aspect of the work, from initial response and mitigation to reconstruction of a damaged property. 

Dan collaborates with colleagues in property and community management, insurance, engineering, and law to ensure that even the most challenging situation yields a positive result for the customer.

Dan played football for Southern Oregon University, where he majored in English and Business.

Professional Accomplishments

  • Served as regional manager for both national and multi-national property restoration firms
  • Personally supervised thousands of residential, commercial and industrial losses ranging from $5000 to $12,000,000.
  • Spent 16 years building restoration teams throughout Oregon, attending to the needs of long-time clients and professionally developing personnel along the way
