Summary of Qualifications
Dag Gray’s experience in the construction industry started when he was in high school, building and remodeling custom homes during summer breaks. Over the past 20 years, he has gained experience as a journeyman carpenter, foreman and superintendent. Skilled in all areas of construction, Dag works as a superintent on a variety of Charter projects, including construction defect repair, emergency response and commercial.
Dag's diverse industry experience has given him a firm understanding of the needs of architects, engineers, homeowners and other project team members.

- Supervised Crystal Place I and II and Northpointe Condominium repair projects, both recipients of the AGC of Washington’s Safety Award of Excellence
Selected Projects
- Reunion House - SHA project with 28 units requiring new exterior envelope, windows and siding.
- Third Avenue Plaza – supervised repair of extensive dryrot damage at mixed-use building in Edmonds, Wash. Removed existing EIFS façade, repaired damage and installed new stucco siding.
- Crystal Place I and II – oversaw new window and siding replacement at six- and eight-unit condominium structures in Seattle.
- Chinook Manor – Supervised repairs to the Chinook Manor condominium complex. Crews repaired extensive damage caused by years of water intrusion. Dated siding was stripped and replaced with Hardiplank siding on all buildings and garages. Decks were updated with new coatings and railings and new vinyl windows were installed.
- Knollwood Condominiums – Supervised repairs on a 30 year old, 100 unit condominium complex that included a complete strip & re-clad with Hardiplank and vertical metal siding; replacement of aluminum windows and sliding glass doors with vinyl; deck sloping and installation of elastomeric deck coatings; removal and re-installation of steel deck and entry rails; sloped roofing replacement; and dry rot and structural repairs.
- Maxwell Place – Project scope included extensive structural upgrades and rot repair. The building’s exterior was completely stripped and reconstructed with Hardiplank. A new deck membrane system was used on the building’s flat roof deck and featured a paver and pedestal system.
- Kirkland Place – Supervised window removal and replacement in 21 Kirkland, WA town home units and replaced existing vinyl facade with hardi-plank siding.

This 30-year old condominium complex in Redmond, WA, plagued with decaying shingles, dry rot and structural problems, was in need of a serious face lift.

The three building Chinook Manor condominium complex in Seatac, WA underwent an extensive siding upgrade to repair damage.

Charter crews completed an envelope remediation project at Maxwell Place, a 21-unit condominium complex in Redmond, WA.
