As a proven leader and manager, Jim Donahoe has over 20 years of construction and real estate development experience including high-rise, urban re-development, multi-family and commercial projects.

Jim applies his strong operational and system skills to his role as Charter’s Vice President of Operations and Commercial Team Leader. Jim continuously improves company-wide protocols relating to project management estimating, quality control, manpower and labor reporting, safety, training and equipment.
