Jim applies his strong operational and system skills to his role as Charter’s Vice President of Operations and Commercial Team Leader. He aligns Charter with the best practices in the industry and develops efficient systems and processes that ensure high levels of productivity. Jim continuously improves company-wide protocols relating to project management estimating, quality control, manpower and labor reporting, safety, training and equipment.
