Summary of Qualifications
Ed brings more than 20 years of residential and commercial experience to his position as superintendent. Highly regarded for his problem-solving expertise, Ed has developed a solid reputation for coordinating and motivating subcontractors to perform their duties in a professional and timely manner.
Ed possesses broad experience in all phases of field project management, and has an extensive background in architectural restoration and commercial renovation. He studied mathematics at Kent State University and has completed the AGC Supervisory Training Program.

- Capitol Hill Residence - Supervised the new construction of a high end residence in Capitol Hill. The home utilizes many energy efficient features such as photovoltaic panels and geo-wells.
- The Newman Center – New construction of the Catholic Newman Center directly across from the University of Washington.
- Interbay Family Golf Facility – Construction of clubhouse, driving range, parking facilities over existing landfill in Seattle.
- Bloedel Reserve Education Center – Superintendent for the Bloedel Reserve Education Center which received the AGC 1992 Grand Award for Construction Excellence, the National AIA Honor Award, the Seattle Chapter AIA Honor Award, and the American Wood Council Honor Award.
- Salish Lodge Spa Addition – Constructed the intricate Japanese-style Salish Lodge Spa on a fast-track schedule with the highest quality workmanship.
- Group Health Credit Union – Total remodel of a 10,000 SF steel frame building into bank branch office.
- Ace Tank & Equipment Company – Renovation and relocation at Tacoma Boat Works in Tacoma.
- Lakeshore Drive Residence – New construction of a 10,000 SF highly-detailed mansion with extensive landscaping improvements.
- Seattle Penthouse – Constructed very refined and highly sophisticated penthouse in downtown Seattle.
- GTE/ORM Building – New telephone switch building constructed on difficult site.
- Puget Power Des Moines Service Center – Remodel of a utility company fleet service center.
