Summary of Qualifications

Elske has been involved in the construction industry since graduating from high school in 1993.  Starting off on a production line, separating lumber, she was also responsible for regular machine maintenance/monitoring and fire fighting.  Elske then worked as a labor lead, supervising eight laborers and was responsible for schedules, QC, safety enforcement and training.  Continuing to advance herself, Elske became the safety coordinator for a large contractor where she was instrumental in improving the safety modification rates for the company. 

Elske joined Charter as its Safety Director and has put her years of field experience to work.  Deeply committed to improving inefficient systems, training, and developing clear and concise procedures, Elske has been a driving force in Charter’s continued commitment to safety.
