Summary of Qualifications
Finnegan Wetterau’s involvement in the construction industry spans 20 years and encompasses a wide range of field and management experience. Beginning as a residential remodeler, he has since moved through the ranks to senior project manager with a particular focus on construction defect repair. At Charter Construction, Finnegan offers a balanced skill set and a perspective which enables him to interface well with clients, design teams and craft workers.
Finnegan is a graduate of Edmonds Community College’s Construction Management program and accredited in Construction Management from the University of Washington.

Selected Projects
- Wilson Court Condominiums - Managed the full strip and reclad of this 5-story, 36 unit condominium building in Queen Anne. Targeted repairs of exterior gypsum sheathing and extensive structural repairs to decks.
- Ward Place Condominiums– Complete strip and reclad of original siding in four building complex, installed new rain screen system as efficiently as possible to limit tenant disruptions. Each building was unique, making each phase inconsistent from the other while working on an intricate job site and maintaining strict deadlines.
- Juanita Shores Condominiums - Managed the restoration of the exterior of a 44 unit lakefront condominium complex in Kirkland. Ceraclad rainscreen system replaced stucco on the majority of the building envelope.
- Wedgewood Apartments - Managed building envelope repairs for this Seattle Housing authority owned property.
- Sun Plaza Condominiums – Sun Plaza, a mixed use building, received new siding and a roof which included a unique rainscreen system. Units remained occupied for the duration of the project. Homeowners were fully apprised of all scheduled work with Charter’s ongoing notification system.
- Lakewest Condominiums - Managed the complete exterior restoration of a 45 unit lake view condominium in Seattle. Ceraclad panels were used, incorporating a rain screen system.
- Steeplechase Condominiums – Repaired minor leaks and water damage at a 16-building, 62-unit condominium complex in Renton. Crews stripped the existing façade and replaced it with new vinyl siding. Additional repairs included new windows and deck coatings.
- Carillon Heights - reclad of 45 units for a developer converting apartments into condominiums. Complete replacement of exterior components (roof, siding, windows, doors) as well as adding elevator towers at each building.
- Mariner Condominiums – Upgrades to Mariner Condominiums included new roofing, siding and architecturally enhanced railings. The two building complex was sided with outdated 1960’s marble-crete. To increase the value and aesthetics of the property, the material was removed and replaced with an ultra modern design concept that incorporates the elements of the Pacific Northwest with distinct material styling.
- Montere Condominiums – Montere required extensive waterproofing and structural deficiency repairs. Crews removed all siding and installed a rainscreen system, applied deck coatings and performed structural repairs. New Hardiplank siding was installed along with new deck railings.
- 23rd & Main – Charter performed targeted vinyl siding and deck repairs at this multi-use condominium complex located in Seattle, WA. Crews removed and reinstalled siding at windows and sliding glass doors to properly install flashings and tie into the weather resistive barrier on all five stories.
- Chinook Manor - Managed building envelope repairs at the Chinook Manor condominium complex. Dated siding was stripped and replaced with Hardiplank siding on all buildings and garages. New deck coating, railing and vinyl windows were installed.

Consisting of eight buildings, the project site was large, resulting in an even larger scope of repairs.

Repairing water damage to the Sun Plaza Condominiums in Seattle’s crowded University District neighborhood required significant foresight and planning.

Charter's repair of minor leaks and water damage at this 16-building, 62-unit condominium complex in Renton saved the project from major repairs in the future.
