Summary
of Qualifications
With little more than a dream to build a construction
company that delivered quality workmanship, superior project management and cost
effective solutions, Frank Firmani started Charter Construction in 1983. Since
then, the company has grown to become one of Seattle’s most highly respected
contractors by staying true to that original dream. Owners and architects repeatedly
call on Charter for exemplary performance on their most challenging jobs, and
forward-thinking construction professionals find working at Charter gives them
the kind of experience necessary to fuel a successful career.
Firmani’s interest in construction began as a high school student in
his native Chicago, working as a summer laborer and carpenter’s helper.
After earning a Bachelor of Arts degree from Antioch College, he returned to
the trades, working his way up from journeyman carpenter to project superintendent.
His experience ranges from construction of high-end residences to high-rise
buildings.
