Projects
- One Pacific Tower Remodel – Managed the renovation of a 4,800 SF 27th floor penthouse condominium which was originally built-out by Charter in 1995. Project scope included the enlargement of various rooms, new casework, home automation system modifications, metal work, and some overdue TLC for existing finishes.
- Hill Residence – Managed the renovation of an 11,000 SF landmark home in Seattle, WA. Project scope included the installation of a wine cellar, media room, cantilevered staircase, and a complete rework of the home’s infrastructure.
- Meadow Lane – Managed the renovation of a 100 year old cabin located on a steep slope project site on Mercer Island, WA. Project scope included foundation replacement, complete renovation of every room, new infrastructure, the installation of new steel framework to create vaulted ceilings.
- Leschi Remodel – Managed remodel of a 1904 residence, including the addition of a master bedroom and bathroom. Renovated existing space to create a baby room, library, and media room. Contractor worked alongside the architect during the design phase in preconstruction capacity, to insure that budget goals would be met.
- Sahalee Golf Club – Renovated 4,500 square foot clubhouse at the Sahalee Golf Course which included the construction of a large deck in anticipation for the 1998 PGA championship.
- Woodinville Hardscape – Hardscape construction project in Woodinville, WA. Project scope included multiple decks, masonry patio, irrigation, grading, landscaping, outdoor lighting, new windows, and multiple arbors.
