With over 17 years of industry experience, Simon Franklin has been involved in all levels of construction, from carpenter to superintendent. He has spent nearly the past decade on the management side, handling a magnitude of commercial, industrial and multifamily projects, totaling over $100 million.

With an excellent background in construction management, scheduling, budgeting, facility maintenance, permits and plan review, Simon is experienced in developing and maintaining strong relationships with owners, property managers, architects, subcontractors, inspectors and company employees.

Selected Projects 

• Electrical Distributing, Inc. – Complete interior demolition of the existing 80,000 sq. ft. building and build out of the new corporate offices, showroom, sales office, shipping and warehouse.
• Heron Creek Condominiums – Complete owner/contractor design build development of 14 acres into a 275 condominium development. The new development contained three new city streets, 46 three-story buildings and site amenities. 
• Barbo Machinery – Demolition of 50% of the existing building in order to build a new 2-story office structure and update the remaining 50% of the building into a new showroom.
• Willamette Garden Apartments – New development of six 4-story wood framed apartment buildings to include 480 units, community center and site amenities.
