Robert Frazier brings strong construction skills to his position at Charter. Growing up, he worked with a family friend installing millwork and casework, and later worked as a roofer.

He polished his skills with a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Washington State University . Frazier's strong communication and time management skills make him a positive addition to the Charter team.

Selected Projects

Lothlorien Apartments – Managed the completion of a 160,000 SF apartment building with five levels of residential living space and one level each of retail and office space. The building features two levels of underground parking as well.
Maui Medical Office Building – Provided pre-construction services as a project engineer for a 27,000 SF, six story office building and 20,000 SF attached car garage located in Maui , HI .
Valley Medical Center – Provided pre-construction services on a 200,000 SF emergency services tower addition at Valley Medical Center.
