Summary of Qualifications
Having grasped the fundamentals of construction management through his years in school, Garret Reynolds now puts that education to use at Charter. As a project engineer, Garret works closely with the site superintendent to ensure a well executed project and is responsible for scheduling, document control, submittals, RFIs, estimating, managing job costs and quality control.
Garret is self-driven, communicates effectively, has a positive attitude and works responsibly and professionally with his team. He holds a B.A. in construction management with a minor in business management and is fluent in Spanish.
Selected Projects
- Washington Park Condominiums - 10-story, 38 unit, concrete framed structure in Portland, OR. Over 40 years old, many of the building materials had reached the end of their useful life.
- Lofts at the Round – 72,000 sf mixed use condominium in Beaverton, OR. 2 buildings, 65 units. All windows were replaced with a new flashing detail, increasing the number of rough window openings to over 800.
- Equinox – 335,000 sf mixed-use condominium building in Seattle, WA consisting of three interconnected structures with three levels of underground parking. 204 residential units feature large windows, custom cabinetry, hardwood floors and high-end appliances. With an exterior clad in brick, architectural metal and lap siding, the building is surrounded by a 9,600 sf landscaped courtyard.

Located in Beaverton, OR, the Lofts at the Round consists of three floors of condominiums comprising 65 units built above 15,000 square feet of commercial retail space.

Equinox, a 300,000 square foot mixed-use apartment building consists of three different interconnected structures with three levels of underground parking.
