Selected Projects
- Brownstone Condominiums - One of the largest construction defect repair cases in Portland. Exterior envelope rehabilitation at the 26 building, 140 unit development in the community of Forest Heights.
- Avalon Condominiums - Complete envelope repair at the 13 building, 78-unit condominium complex located in Beaverton, OR. All wood trim was installed over a drainage mat providing the highest quality of building envelope. New deck coatings and flashings to private decks; fire rated gyp and tape to attic common walls as needed to meet code; microbial growth remediation in attics.
- Village Condominiums - 11 building, 49-unit condominium complex requiring complete exterior envelope repairs.
- Promenade at Bethany Village - Complex concrete deck rehabilitation on a four story, 102- unit condominium complex.
- King's Square Condominiums - Exterior envelope rehabilitation condominium complex. Incorporating high end exterior finishes with the waterproofing systems made this a very technically challenging project.
- Southridge High School - Fast paced exterior envelope rehabilitation on a five-year-old school. The project included replacement of metal panel siding, replacement of stucco and remediation of faulty window installations.
- Mt. Hood Athletic Club - 50,000 square foot building with pools, spas and a gymnasium.
- SP Recycling - 72,000 square foot tilt-up recycling plant

Poor construction carried out by the original contractor led to failed sealing as well as faulty window and stucco installation.

Charter worked closely with the owners and the architect to balance the need for improving the waterproofing performance of these buildings while maintaining aesthetics.
