Luke Hagler’s wide breadth of knowledge and experience gives him an
edge on all types of projects. With a Bachelor of Science degree in construction
management and a minor in architecture from the University of Washington, Hagler
fully understands the path a project takes throughout the design phase and
is able to communicate effectively with project design teams.
Hagler brings field experience as a laborer and carpenter, as well as an intense
knowledge of computer programs and applications. He is proficient in Constructware,
Timberline, WinEst, P3 estimating software, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint,
Project and Access software, and manages Charter’s information systems.

- Excels in fast-track, complicated projects requiring close teamwork, quick
thinking and astute decision making
- In process of completing Commercial Real Estate Development Certificate program through the University of Washington. This will enable him to better communicate with clients and developers.
- Used computer proficiency to develop database
management systems and reduce information systems overhead
- Managed break-neck
schedule on fast-track industrial concrete projects for Mikron Industries;
extensive shoring and detailed foundation construction; extremely close
tolerances; completed on time and on budget
Selected Projects
- Qwest Sequim & Qwest Fort Lewis – successfully performed major building addition work in and around sensitive telecommunications equipment. This required the highest level of coordination and scheduling to get the job done right and on time
- Barker Tenant Improvement – brought two-story, 5,600 SF design-build
TI to completion under budget in four-week schedule
- Carroll Apartments – fast-track renovation of circa-1912, 33-unit
apartment damaged by earthquake
- St. Joseph School – significant seismic upgrades to occupied school
building; accommodated discovery and removal of hazardous material during
construction
- Pacific Coast Feather – managed significant seismic upgrade of occupied
building, including installation of multiple and massive seismic frames while
working directly adjacent to occupied offices
- NW Federal Credit Union – brought construction of new bank branch
on Veterans Administration Hospital campus to completion early and on budget
despite schedule-impacting hazardous material discovery
- Battle Houseboat – completed
highly detailed remodel of floating home; overcame unique logistics and weather
conditions on the water
