of Qualifications
Eric Jackson combines field knowledge with an academic education and estimating
skills as a Charter project manager.
Jackson began his career with Charter as an apprentice working on both residential
and commercial projects. He was soon working as a project engineer and, after
several successful projects, was promoted to project manager. His management
style is enriched by his hands-on field experience and bolstered by a Bachelor
of Arts degree from The Evergreen State College and construction training through
the Construction Industry Training Council and the University of Washington.
Jackson’s strong estimating and scheduling skills help strengthen successful
working relationships with project owners and architects.
Professional Accomplishments
- Managed fast pace and constantly evolving Seattle Hill residence project; began
as construction defect repair but evolved into entire home remodel; daily interaction
with owner and architect; fast-track subcontractor procurement; constant scheduling
and cost analyses
- Managed construction and worked closely with owners of Newman
Center; winner of AGC Construction Excellence Award for New Construction,

- General Disposal Relocation – remodeled 11,000 SF office building;
included all new mechanical and electrical systems
- Paradise Employee Dormitory – managed construction of new crew dormitory
building in remote location; winner of AGC Grand Award for Construction Excellence,

- Forest Lynn Condominiums – completed construction defect repairs
to 14 separate buildings in half the estimated schedule and under budget;
substantial savings to owners
- Seattle Athletic Club Renovation – project
engineer on fast-track demolition of finishes to upgrade existing concrete
