Jeanne was so impressed by Charter Construction as a homeowner and HOA Board Member during the HOA’s construction defect repair lawsuit and remediation project that she joined the company as Director of Sustainable Growth a year later, in 2009. She brings 25 years of management, international banking, management consulting, and environmental business experience to her position, which seeks to enhance Charter’s position in the industry, deepen its relationships within the community, and steer its activities in an ever more sustainable direction. Jeanne thrives on motivating others to succeed, and balances inspiration with accountability and results.

Jeanne holds a B.A. in business and economics and a M.S. in economics/agricultural economics.
