Jeff has worked as a framer in the field and held positions of leadership. He elicits excellent communication skills that are critical in balancing the needs of client, consultant and contractors to bring a successful project to completion.  He holds a B.S. in construction management with a minor in business management.

Professional Accomplishments

  • Volunteer Representative in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic from 2001-2003—developed communication, teaching, presentation and people skills; trained and supervised volunteers.

Selected Projects 

  • Bellevue Wedgewood Condominums– Strip & reclad of 13 buildings with Hardie siding, structural upgrades, window & door replacement, deck coating and new rails.
  • Eastbridge Condominiums – 32 buildings, 124 unit condo complex strip & reclad siding with Hardie siding, structural upgrades, new windows & SGD’s, deck coating, minor roofing and rails replacement.
  • Union Harbor – Strip & reclad the south elevation with Hardie siding and new windows. The job was located right on Lake Union and had limited access from the street for material drop offs.
  • Knollwood Condominiums - Full remediation of the 30-year old, 100 unit condominium complex in Redmond, WA, plagued with decaying shingles, dry rot and structural problems.
  • Cedar Park Condominiums - 11 buildings, 70 units; complex required a selective strip and reclad of Hardie siding, reconstruction of decks, entry landings and stairs; removal, reinstallation and addition of new railings; new downspouts; and the installation of roof flashing.
  • Broxton Condominiums – 6 story building with 28 condominium units totaling 43,077 SF. Required removal and replacement of existing siding and deck surfaces. Responsibilities included handling submittals and helping with scheduling.
  • Taylor Lee Condominiums – Exterior Envelope repair, new siding, deck coatings, railings, & windows. 25 condominium units, 4 story building. Responsibilities included handling submittals and subcontractor pricing.
This 30-year old condominium complex in Redmond, WA, plagued with decaying shingles, dry rot and structural problems, was in need of a serious face lift.
The Redmond condominium complex required a selective strip and reclad of Hardie siding at 11 buildings, totaling 70 units.
Located in Seattle, WA, the Taylor Lee Condominiums required extensive remediation due to water intrusion and dry rot.
