Summary of Qualifications

Although Jeff Sell’s focus is as a superintendent on Charter’s Construction Defect Repair team, he has extensive experience in all phases of construction for projects of varying complexity. A Charter team member for over a decade, Jeff has worked on high-end residential projects, commercial projects, churches, apartment buildings and condominiums.

Sell brings an invaluable mix of attributes to Charter: the ability to deliver a high quality project in a professional manner within a specified budget.

  • Ashford Park Condominiums – Supervised the repair of exterior siding to a 33-building 110 unit townhouse condominium complex while occupied
  • Carriage House Apartments - Supervised repairs to occupied 36-unit apartment building including the replacement of siding, windows and deck flashings
  • Lackman Residence - Supervised repair of exterior siding to a high-end residence as well as installation of new roof systems, a new deck and handrails while owners remained in residence
  • Marine Vista Condominiums - Supervised 10,000 SF exterior stucco repair with installation of new roof, walkways and entrance
  • Arcadian Court Condominiums – Supervised repair of exterior stucco and construction of new roof, windows and deck systems
  • Archdiocese of Olympia – Supervised the remodel/rebuild of 25-ft. chimney to a historical building
  • Waterford Condominiums – Supervised the repair to exterior siding and replacement of windows and doors to an 18 unit condominium complex while occupied
  • Montere Condominiums – Supervised the structural upgrade, repair to exterior siding and replacement of windows and doors to an 8 building condominium complex consisting of a total of 58 units while occupied
  • Autumn Grove – Supervised the structural upgrade, repair to exterior siding, and replacement of windows to a 3 building condominium complex consisting of a total of 30 units while occupied
  • Triton Terrace – Supervised the replacement of exterior siding with metal and replacement of windows to an 18 unit condominium complex while occupied
  • Ward Place – Supervised the structural upgrade and repair to exterior siding to a 4 building condominium complex consisting of 9 total units while occupied
  • Highlands Condominiums – Supervised the repair to exterior siding, replacement of windows, and concrete repair for a 13 building condominium complex consisting of 52 total units while occupied
  • Broxton Condominiums – Supervised the replacement of exterior siding to a 30 unit condominium complex while occupied
  • Citiscape Condominiums – Supervised the repair to exterior siding and replacement of windows and doors to a 60 unit condominium complex while occupied
Crews battled extreme winter weather conditions during construction, encountering snow, hail and freezing temperatures.
Consisting of eight buildings, the project site was large, resulting in an even larger scope of repairs.
Five stories high, this 60-unit building located in Seattle along Highway 99, required a complete strip and reclad of existing siding and stucco.
