Summary of Qualifications

Jeremy Chappell began his career as a framer in 1999 and worked his way up to site foreman and then superintendent.   In the midst of the booming housing market, Jeremy went to work for a developer as a quality control rep for a rapid growth project south of Seattle.  In the course of 2 ½ years, the company built 900 homes. In the years following, Jeremy took the opportunity to go to work for a smaller land developer and home builder as a production supervisor and was then introduced to the insurance restoration industry.

Jeremy joined Charter’s Emergency Response/Restoration Team and works closely with homeowners, commercial owners, insurance companies, and the Charter team to ensure that projects are completed quickly and successfully.

Selected Projects 

  • Bank of America tenant improvements – Supervised the interior remodel (including wall relocating, drywall, paint and floor coverings and custom built front counter).  The schedule was all after hours so as not to interrupt business.
  • Felix residential fire in West Seattle – Project Manager and Superintendent for the complete interior demo including all roof trusses; 5-6 months to complete; home sat on a very aggressive slope which created the need for several adjustments to retaining walls and deck foundations.
  • Large water loss at the Hines Building in downtown Seattle – Supervised the mitigation of 14 floors of water damaged cause by a backed up sink in a bathroom.  Scope was to assess, demo and dry out structure with the least amount of interruption to offices; duration took 3 days to complete all demo, 5 days to complete dry out, and no offices lost more than 2 hours of operation during the entire process. 
  • Numerous large tree removal and restoration projects
