Jeremy Shaw

Summary of Qualifications

Jeremy Shaw has over 15 years of field experience as foreman and superintendent in residential, multi-family and commercial construction.  He began his career at Charter as part of the Construction Defect Repair team, renovating multi-family structures that had been improperly constructed.  He then joined Charter’s Emergency Response and Restoration team and works closely with owners and insurance representatives to respond and restore homes and buildings with water, fire and storm damage.

Selected Projects 

• Taylor Lee Condominiums - 25 unit building requiring extensive remediation due to water intrusion and dry rot.
• Union Harbor Condominiums– Strip & reclad the south elevation with Hardie siding and new windows. The job was located right on Lake Union and had limited access from the street for material drop offs.
• Wilson Court Condominiums - Full strip and reclad of the 5-story, 36 unit condominium building in Queen Anne.  Targeted repairs of exterior gypsum sheathing and extensive structural repairs to decks.
• 41st Street Condominiums – New deck coatings on penthouses and full floor community deck.
