Summary of Qualifications

With a background in residential and commercial construction, John Jaeger has an eye for detail.  As a framer, building to specs was critical; as a foreman, keen oversight of crew productivity and quality control was necessary; as an assistant superintendent, maintaining a tight schedule, coordinating inspections and safety were vital.

Transitioning from the field to the office as a Project Engineer, John’s responsibilities include estimate pricing; generating and tracking RFIs, submittals, and change orders; and assisting in running projects.  His communication skills and education in business management are strengths he brings to the company and clients. 

John holds a business management degree with a focus in supply chain management.

Selected Projects 

  • Wilson Court Condominums - The 5-story, 36 unit condominium building in Queen Anne underwent a full strip and reclad, targeted repairs of exterior gypsum sheathing and extensive structural repairs to decks.
  • Salmon Marine Bay Center – Multi-phase commercial industrial project featuring upper living spaces and marine related retail/office space to serve the local maritime industry.  
  • Juanita Shores Condominiums –  44 unit lakefront condominium complex in Kirkland.  Ceraclad rainscreen system replaced stucco on the majority of the building envelope.  Included major structural upgrades, window and door replacement and replacement of all deck membranes.
  • Mariner Condominiums - Upgrades included new roofing, siding and architecturally enhanced railings. The two buildings were originally sided with outdated 1960’s marble-crete.
The 5-story, 36 unit condominium building in Queen Anne underwent a full strip of the existing vinyl siding.
The Salmon Bay Marine Center includes four commercial/industrial buildings located on the waterfront of Seattle’s Salmon Bay.
