Summary of Qualifications
Working in the residential development field for many years, Julia has extensive experience with each stage of development of multi-family construction projects.  The success of each project has been largely due to Julia’s meticulous attention to visual detail, relationships, knowledge, communication and time management of construction schedules.  At Charter, Julia assists the service team in coordinating investigations of multi-family developments, warranty and small job repair work and is an informative resource for homeowners and clients.

Julia holds a B.A. in English Literature.

Residential Development:

Worked on site with GC to provide support to project completion and turnover.  Punch list creation and sign off.  Homeowner orientation/walkthrough/warranty.
