Selected Projects
Lake Washington Residence – Led crews through the extensive renovation of this historic residence, designed by the noted Seattle architect, Arthur Loveless. Major changes were performed in each of the home's three floors including the removal of an elevator and creation of much needed storage space and custom made trim work throughout the 6,600 SF home to match existing antique materials.
Tobias Residence – Foreman for this residential construction project where extensive high-end finishes and inventive solutions to challenging issues set it apart from most. The fast-track job features numerous modern designs requiring extreme attention to detail.
Tsunami Residence – Charter's scheduling and coordination skills were put to the test during construction of this 9,500 SF lakefront home and garage. The home features a soaring “butterfly” roof supported by Douglas fir timber framing.
Salt Water Bluff – Located on a steep, environmentally sensitive slope overlooking Puget Sound, the Saltwater Bluff residence required considerable shoring before construction could begin. Construction methods and products were equally complex.
