Summary of Qualifications

Engrossed in the building trade since 1993, Kris Boisoneau has gathered considerable experience as a carpenter and estimator. His background includes involvement in demolition remodels, new construction, high-end homes, construction defect repair, commercial and residential plumbing, and finish carpentry.

At Charter, Kris has worked as finish carpenter and lead carpenter on several commercial and residential jobs, and now leads as a project manager for the construction defect repair team.

Selected Projects

  • Bellevue Wedgewood Condominums– strip & reclad of 13 buildings with Hardie siding, structural upgrades, window & door replacement, deck coating and new rails.
  • Eastbridge Condominiums – 32 buildings, 124 unit condo complex strip & reclad siding with Hardie siding, structural upgrades, new windows & SGD’s, deck coating, minor roofing and rails replacement.
  • Cedar Park Condominiums – Selective strip and reclad of Hardie Siding at 11 buildings, 70 units. Reconstruction of decks, entry landings and stairs. Remove, reinstall and add new railings. Massive structural and dry rot repairs at deck and entry landing columns.
  • Palisades Park Condominiums - 12 building, 74 unit complex requireing complete envelope remediation.
  • Union Harbor – Strip & reclad the south elevation with Hardie siding and new windows. The job was located right on Lake Union and had limited access from the street for material drop offs.
  • Narrows East Condominiums - Managd the construction defect repairs on the 4 building, 68 unit complex.
  • Taylor Lee Condominiums - 25 unit building required extensive remediation due to water intrusion and dry rot.
  • Knollwood Condominiums – 4 building, 100 unit condo complex on a slope. Complete strip & reclad with Hardie siding, new windows & SGD’s and roof coping. Challenges were 30 year old complex with old framing & wiring. The backsides of the buildings were 5 stories tall in areas where we had to install very large windows off of pump jack scaffolding. Difficult board at times that needed a lot of construction explanation.
  • Bayside Condominiums – Challenging selective dry rot repairs to decks and walkways. Project scope included extensive interior vent repairs and courtyard waterproofing as well. Building was occupied during construction.
  • Maxwell Place Condominiums – Project scope included extensive structural upgrades and rot repair. The building’s exterior was completely stripped and reconstructed with Hardiplank. A new deck membrane system was used on the building’s flat roof deck and featured a paver and pedestal system.
  • Garden Court Condominiums – Project engineer on water intrusion repair to 38,000 SF, 37-unit condominium complex in Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood; included full demolition and rebuild of exterior siding, decks and handrails.
  • Belmont Off Broadway – Construction defect repair job to multi-family housing complex; includes strip and reclad of stucco on south elevation and partial repair of east elevation east wall.
  • Crystal View Condominiums - 3 elevations of vinyl siding replacement with deck coating and roof coping. Very steep slope embankment with tricky scaffolding.
The Redmond condominium complex required a selective strip and reclad of Hardie siding at 11 buildings, totaling 70 units.
This 30-year old condominium complex in Redmond, WA, plagued with decaying shingles, dry rot and structural problems, was in need of a serious face lift.
This 74-unit condominium complex located in Dupont, WA required significant repairs due to defective construction.
