As the instructor for Charter’s competency based training division, Jake is a vital link in keeping crews safe in the field. CPR/First Aid, Scaffolding Awareness, Confined Space/IDLH Awareness, Pump Jack Awareness Respiratory Protection, Hearing Loss Prevention, Fall Arrest and Fall Protection, MSDS/Hazardous Material Communication, Blood Bourne Pathogens, Ladder Safety, Trenching and Excavation, Demolition Awareness, Forklift/PIT Operator Safety, and Commercial Driver Accident Prevention (CVAP) are among the list of topics that Jake is proficient in training.

In addition to training, Jake conducts all in-house safety inspections of Charter’s construction sites. Accident prevention is critical, and Jake is committed to ensuring to the best of his training and ability that all employees and onsite affiliates remain safe.
