Having been in construction for over 20 years, Mark has held positions in virtually every aspect of the field from laborer, carpenter, project foreman, project superintendent, production superintendent, and project manager. He is highly skilled in water intrusion and construction defect repair and has estimated and managed projects in excess of $200 million over the course of his career.
Mark’s comprehensive understanding of the industry and his ability to communicate effectively with homeowners and consultants makes him an invaluable member of the Charter team.

Projects
- St. Martin College – This structure consists of cast in place foundation, wood walls and masonry cladding and a low slope roof. Renovations included upgrades to lighting, new kitchen and loading dock and an addition providing egress through a staircase and elevator. Managed and scheduled all aspects of construction on this project while the building was occupied.
- Bellevue High School – With only 3 months to complete repairs, there were up to 75 workers to manage, including laborers, carpenters and subcontractors. Daily progress reports were supplied to the district manager, and the project schedule was maintained.
