As a homeowner liaison for Charter Construction, Lisa Foster provides ongoing communication to homeowners throughout the reconstruction process. With over 20 years in the construction industry, Lisa’s knowledge and experience is extremely helpful when interacting with clients.
Having held positions such as field office coordinator, assistant property manager and warranty coordinator, she is detail oriented, focused and able to take on a multitude of tasks. Lisa responds to client situations appropriately and professionally, and is a key member of the project team.

- Arbor Station Townhomes - Rehabilitation of the complex in Beaverton, OR consisting of 60 residential buildings and a community building. Home styles vary and include brownstones, craftsman and cottages, 291 total units.
- Stonewater Condominiums - 344 unit complex in Hillsboro, OR. The 619,653 square foot site with 99 buildings will be the largest construction defect repair project ever completed in Oregon. Major deficiencies to the building envelope were discovered as well as extensive dryrot as a result of water intrusion.
- Washington Park Condominiums – Primary contact for all homeowner communication at this 38 unit building in Portland, OR. With the building in the 30-40 year old range, many building materials had reached their useful life, requiring replacement.
- Graystone Condominiums – Liaison between contractor and owners during the renovation of this 96 unit, 25 building condominium complex in Happy Valley, OR.
- Lofts at the Round – Liaison between property manager, community manager, residents, and contractor during the complete building envelope repair at the 65-unit, mixed use condominium in Beaverton, OR.
- Brownstone Condominiums – Primary contact for all homeowner communication at the 26 building, 140-unit townhome condominium community in Portland, OR. Scope includes full strip and reclad, removal and replacement of front entry landings, window waterproofing and deck waterproofing.
- Four Seasons Condominiums – Direct link between contractor and residents to keep them fully apprised of all scheduled work. The 46-unit building in Portland, Oregon built in 1962 underwent a complete building envelope renovation to protect it from future water intrusion, dry rot and potential structural problems.

Charter worked closely with the architect and homeowners to meet the design intent of a new “modernized” building.
Green

Located in Beaverton, OR, the Lofts at the Round consists of three floors of condominiums comprising 65 units built above 15,000 square feet of commercial retail space.
