Luke Hagler’s wide breadth of knowledge and experience gives him an edge on all types of projects. With a Bachelor of Science degree in construction management and a minor in architecture from the University of Washington, Luke fully understands the path a project takes throughout the design phase and is able to communicate effectively with project design teams.
Luke brings field experience as a laborer and carpenter, as well as an intense knowledge of computer programs and applications. He excels in fast-track, complicated projects requiring close teamwork, quick thinking and astute decision making.

- West Newton Residential - New construction of apartment building with 17 residential units and an owner occupied penthouse
- UW Hutchinson Hall – Renovation of 1924 pool facility into a drama design studio for the school of drama
- Equinox Apartments - 335,000 sf mixed use building in Seattle
- Carroll Apartments - Fast track renovation of circa 1912, 33 unit apartment building damaged by earthquake
- St. Joseph’s School - Significant seismic upgrades to occupied school building. Accommodated discovery and removal of hazardous material during construction.
- Georgetown Works Office Building - Construction of pre-engineered metal building office structure. Took this project from the development stage through to construction working gas the project manager and superintendent to successfully complete the project.
- Pine City Inn – Renovation of existing hotel into a low income housing facility, worked with Seattle Built Smart program
- Qwest Sequim – Telecommunications addition to central CO, facility had to remain dry and fully operational during addition
- Qwest Fort Lewis - Telecommunications addition to central CO, facility had to remain dry and fully operational during addition
- Jacob’s Meadow Condominiums - exterior envelope strip and reclad
- Pacific Coast Feather Seismic Upgrade – Installation of steel frames to seismically upgrade existing office and warehouse facility
- 2010 Airport Way Bldg – Seismic repair of existing warehouse/office building. We temporarily shored the entire roof and completely rebuild the foundation and support wall structure, saving the client’s existing roof and a significant amount of money.
- MFS Airport Way – Ground up construction of new concrete office building.
- Zoka Coffee TI – Renovation of existing coffee shop to increase operation, occupancy, and efficiency.
- Alaska Structures TI – Complete office tenant improvement
- Symonds Engineering - Complete office expansion tenant improvement
- Loudeye Tech – Various tenant improvements for this client

Equinox, a 300,000 square foot mixed-use apartment building consists of three different interconnected structures with three levels of underground parking.

Charter Construction completed an extensive addition to this popular University Village neighborhood coffee house.

Charter crews were performed substantial seismic upgrades to the 80-year-old school.
