As the homeowner liaison for Charter's Portland office, Heather Mann has over 12 years of experience in marketing, client relations and business administration. From an advertising agency setting to a YMCA to a daily newspaper, she has had a broad range of opportunities to work with people in varying capacities. Heather's attention to detail, enthusiasm to take on new challenges and her ability to relate and respond to clients makes her a valuable part of the Charter team.

• Served as the liaison between family members and Coast Guard personnel for a Coast Guard ship in Puerto Rico
