With over 15 years experience in the legal field, she draws extensive knowledge from working with court reporting firms that dealt almost exclusively in construction defect litigation. - Knollwood Condominiums – 4 building, 100 unit condo complex on a slope. Complete strip & reclad with Hardie siding, new windows & SGD’s and roof coping.
- Satomi Condominiums – Worked as the liaison between property manager, tenants and contractors during a complete restoration of the water damaged complex in Bellevue, WA.
- Narrows East Condominiums - Liaison for the construction defect repairs on the 4 building, 68 unit complex.
- Juanita Shores Condominiums - Restoration of the exterior of a 44 unit lakefront condominium complex in Kirkland.
- Park at North Creek Condominiums - 84 unit complex. New windows, deck cladding and coatings, selective siding replacement and dry rot repairs.
- Overlook Condominiums – Reclad of this 32 unit Kirkland Condominium complex.
- Waterford Condominiums – Exterior siding repair and replacement of windows and doors to an 18 unit condominium complex while occupied.
- Heatherwood Condominiums –16 building, 92-unit complex located in Auburn, WA.
