As Charter's homeowner liaison for construction defect repair projects, Missy Stark is the vital link between contractor and owner. Missy has over a decade of construction industry experience and credits much her in-depth industry knowledge to her involvement in her family's remodeling business.

• Somerset Park Condominiums –Construction defect repair job entailing strip and reclad of 39-building complex.
• Belmont Off Broadway – Construction defect repair job to multi-family housing complex; includes strip and reclad of stucco on south elevation and partial repair of east elevation wall base.
• Taylor Lee Condominiums – Construction defect repair job that includes stucco reclad, window replacement and repair of damaged framing and sheathing.
• Broxton Condominiums – 6 story building with 28 condominium units totaling 43,077 SF.
• Chinook Manor - Liaison for the building envelope repairs at the Chinook Manor condominium complex.
• Citiscape Condominiums – Five stories high, this 60-unit building located in Seattle along Highway 99, required a complete strip and reclad of existing siding and stucco.
• Wilson Court Condominums - The 5-story, 36 unit condominium building in Queen Anne underwent a full strip and reclad, targeted repairs of exterior gypsum sheathing and extensive structural repairs to decks.
