Summary of Qualifications

Nate Brown began working as a laborer for his father’s construction company at the age of 13. He spent summers pouring concrete, operating dump trucks, backhoes and forklifts, gaining an incredible knowledge of the industry. He went off to college, excelled in math and language, and returned to combine those skills with the passion he had for construction.

Driven and thorough, Nate continues to outperform expectations in each project he takes on. Working with superintendents, owners, consultants and subcontractors while driving the schedule and keeping within budget is a challenge; Nate is an effective player and an asset to the Charter team.

Nate holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in economics and minor in mathematics.

Studied Italian language, economy and politics through a study abroad program in Perugia, Italy

  • Lake Oswego High School – Mold remediation of the exterior wall system
  • Glendale Country Club – Re-roof, the clubhouse, energy efficiency upgrades, tear down existing and build a new pro shop, hardscape and landscaping
  • Sweetbrier Mixed Use – Mixed-use building including three levels of residential apartment units located above one ground level of retail/commercial with two and a half levels of below grade parking
  • Suncadia Spa – Managed all project information for a multi-million 5-star resort from project startup to completion
  • Marvin Gardens – Project engineer for a multi-million dollar renovation project
  • Verizon Wireless MSC Expansion – Traveled to remote job location to lead the auxiliary iron installation for a telecommunications building addition project
  • Bremerton Naval Historical Housing – Managed information for the Navy’s largest historical housing renovation project
This mixed-use building in Seattle includes three levels of residential apartment units located above ground-level retail/commercial with two and a half levels of below-grade parking.
The Glendale Country Club in Bellevue, WA, required substantial repairs due to water damage at structural beams and posts.
