Summary of Qualifications

Aaron brings to Charter his experiences from the remodeling/repair side of the field.  Having worked along side his father in their family owned business; Aaron honed his skills performing a wide variety of tasks, and eventually obtained his general contractor’s license.

With a degree in business, Aaron combines business skills, his construction background, creative problem solving techniques, communication skills and a strong work ethic to effectively run a project from start to finish. His ability to relate with his crew, subcontractors and homeowners is crucial in executing a successful project.  

Over the last two years, Aaron has served as Superintendent on several successful projects for Charter.  His current role is now serving as the Residential Team’s Service Manager, where he is responsible for the estimating and managing all maintenance and small projects for past clients as well as for new customers to the Charter family. 

Professional Accomplishments

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business from the Washington State University
• Currently enrolled in the AGC’s Supervisory Training Program and Supervisory Leadership Program

Selected Projects 

• Meadow Lane – Supervised the complete remodel of this guest house.  Challenges included working on a hillside and rebuilding the foundation while maintaining a support system for the house.

• Beach Drive – Supervised the demolition and rebuild of a 2 story garage in West Seattle.  Challenges included working on a small busy street with limited space to work and placement of helical anchors to hold the building to the hillside.

• One Pacific Tower – Managed a remodel in the penthouse of one of Seattle’s premier high rise condo complexes which required extensive care to protect existing high-end finishes and a high level of coordination between owners, designers, building management and subcontractors.
