With a keen eye on owners’ goals, Peter Saladino is a vital member of
Charter’s leadership team. Using his 15 years of on-the-job experience
and complete understanding of job requirements, Saladino bridges the gap between
designers and field staff, keeping projects on target and always within the
client’s scope of work and budget. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree
in construction management from the University of Washington and practices
a proactive management style that ensures projects are completed successfully.

- Galer Gardens Condominiums – removal and replacement of entire exterior
cladding system of 37-unit condominium complex while residents remained in
the building
- Sammamish Pointe – complete removal of exterior building
envelope of 132-unit condominium complex; new mechanical systems, Hardiplank
siding and elastomeric decking
- Marine Vista – performed 10,000 SF of exterior stucco repair under extremely
tight budget and within short, seven-month timeframe; facilitated full reimbursement
for homeowners
- Junction Tower – complete exterior renovation of six-story occupied
building; kept project on budget despite substantial increase in scope of
work
- Nautica Condominiums – halted ongoing water intrusion problems at
64-unit condominium complex with complete removal of exterior EIFS system,
construction of new roof, and installation of new decks, windows, doors and
handrails
- Cascade Condominiums – finished extensive water damage repair
of 32-unit, high-end condominium complex on schedule despite drastic scope
change, doubling the scope of work originally anticipated
- Brightwater Condominiums – employed
innovative construction methods on exterior cladding and window replacement
of 28-unit condominium complex, saving homeowners a substantial sum of money
