Projects
- ADA Home Renovation – Renovation of a home built in 1956, included many upgrades to meet ADA standards, including a 7' x 5' wheelchair accessible tile shower. Project included many complex structural upgrades within limited space.
- Columbia River Boat House – Lead carpenter for a two story boat house addition on a 78' yacht slip. The project required special attention due to the technical challenges associated with building on a floating structure in extremely tight sight conditions.
- Mansion Hill Project – Led framing restoration of a 1963 custom home that sat for seven years without a roof. Ninety percent of the framing had to be replaced, complex waterproofing details had to be field designed to allow the existing brick veneer to remain untouched during the construction.
