Scott Bickham has 26 years of construction experience. He began his career as a finish carpenter for a high end residential contractor, working on new construction and high end remodels. He moved into the commercial residential repair part of the industry in 2001. He has a diverse skill set including framing and concrete work.
Scott joined Charter’s construction defect repair team as a field superintendent. He takes great pride in repairing deficient buildings, creating a finished product that is structurally sound a visually appealing. Scott enjoys problem solving and is solution minded. He understands that each project comes with unique problems requiring custom solutions.

Park at North Creek Condominiums - 84 unit complex. New windows, deck cladding and coatings, selective siding replacement and dry rot repairs.
