Selected Projects
- West Newton Residential - New construction of apartment building with 17 residential units and an owner occupied penthouse.
- Seattle University A&A Building - Located on Capitol Hill, Seattle University underwent a structural and tenant improvement renovation of an existing 7,700 sf building and the addition of a new 3,600 sf building. The project achieved gold LEED certification, requiring careful management of all building elements to ensure that the certification was met.
- Microsoft Building 120 – 29,000 sf structural upgrade and tenant improvement to meet strict criteria required for immediate occupancy. Management of the project included coordinating the seamless integration of offsite Microsoft systems into the systems provided for the Building. Managed all RFIs, submittals, record drawings, closeout, punchlist, meeting minutes, immediate occupancy requirements, subcontracts, and change orders.
- Microsoft Building 87 Lab Projects – These tenant improvements included the build out of approximately 9,000 SF of computer lab space for multiple Microsoft user groups. While finishes were minimal, coordinating the installation of exceedingly complex mechanical, electrical, and Communications systems was imperative to achieve the requirements of the Owner. One of the labs included the integration and installation of customized RF and EMC chambers for product testing purposes.

Managed the complete build out of the unit from contract management and pricing of over $2 million in design changes, to the coordination of field events and communication of design team members.
- Crate & Barrel – 35,000 sf steel frame building clad in stucco, metal panels, cedar, brick, cultured stone. The project included an canted curtain wall storefront system, and multiple unique finish material transitions.
