As Charter's homeowner liaison for construction defect repair projects, Missy Stark is the vital link between contractor and owner. Stark has more than 10 years of construction industry experience and credits much her in-depth industry knowledge to her involvement in her family's remodeling business.

Stark is familiar with the concerns of homeowners and knows how to address issues surrounding those concerns. She is detail-oriented and focused on the homeowners' individual needs as she guides them through the construction process.
