Summary of Qualifications
Stephen Martineau worked in all areas of construction during summers through high school, but it was working for a commercial contractor during college that solidified his interest in the industry. The self-satisfaction gained through seeing a project through from beginning to completion prompted a transfer to Central Washington University.
Stephen has since focused on the commercial and multi-family residential areas of construction, bringing strong math, scheduling and people skills to a number of challenging jobsites.
Stephen holds a B.S. in Construction Management.
Selected Projects
- Equinox Condominiums – Construction of new mixed-use condominium complex located on a tight site in Seattle's Eastlake neighborhood; project built as three interconnected sections surrounding a 9,600 SF courtyard with water feature and fire pit.
- Capstone Office Building –Acted as assistant project manager on the new construction of this 2-story, 34,000 sf office building/parking garage.
- Redmond Retail Space – Managed the completion of a 6,000 sf retail shell and core contract.
- Valley South Corporate Park Nisqually Building – Performed weekly safety inspections, assisted in the layout of foundation and footings and reviewed shop drawings for accuracy on this 200,000 sf industrial warehouse project.

Equinox, a 300,000 square foot mixed-use apartment building consists of three different interconnected structures with three levels of underground parking.
