Summary of Qualifications
Tim Benson began his construction career right out of high school, working as a residential remodeler in the Portland area during summers and throughout college. He continued to work in the remodeling field before starting his own company installing siding and roofing. After seven years of working for himself, he took a job as a siding supervisor for multi-use projects and then as an assistant superintendent focusing on complete building envelope.
Tim joined Charter as a superintendent in 2011, working with the Emergency Response team and now focuses more specifically on special projects and multi-family building renovation projects. Tim enjoys the interaction with clients and offers valuable insight to challenging situations.

Tupelo Alley Mixed Use Project – 6 story, mixed use building with 180 residential apartments and one level of retail; post tension concrete slab, underground parking
Villibois Apartment Complex – 13 building, 250 unit apartment complex with pool, retail and parks
Breakers Point Building Envelope Remodel – Oversaw the removal and replacement of existing cladding, 740 new windows, new doors, roofing and deck membranes
Yacolt Town Hall Elevator Addition– Involved in the bidding and pre-construction of a 2-story fee floating elevator shaft
