Projects
- Masterpark Garage – Worked with the design team on construction of this 1,100 stall private valet parking garage located in SeaTac, Washington. The garage is a cast-in-place concrete structure with post tensioned slabs.
- 5th & Yester – 5th & Yesler is a 420,000 square foot, 17-story, office/commercial high-rise. The building consists of concrete walls and slab up to the fourth floor, a steel framed tower above, a special reinforced concrete shear core wall as a lateral force resisting system and five levels of parking, with two below grade. The project was designed to take full advantage of a prominent south central business district location with spectacular Mt. Rainier and Puget Sound views.
