Turtle Cove – Inspired by the design of classic Italian villas, Turtle Cove is located in Seattle's Madison Park area on Lake Washington. The home features many complex design and engineering technologies such as geothermal heating and cooling systems and photovoltaic energy systems. Exterior construction consists of three cast-in-place concrete levels.
