Nutanix Tenant Improvement

Special care was taken while Charter Construction renovated the office space in the 100 year-old building for Nutanix, a software and technology company in downtown Seattle. Galvanized plumbing and other minor demolition and abatement was required, but due to the close proximity to other tenants, Charter’s teams had to work quietly to minimize noise.

Project scope included all new interior finishes, new restrooms and a shower room. The project’s open ceiling concept meant special transitions for paint work.

Charter’s project team had to complete the project with a creative logistics plan due to limited site access and the narrow stair access and small elevators.
