Canyon Oaks
Charter was called out in the early morning hours to remove a large tree that had fallen through several multi story townhomes in the Renton area. Charter was able to cut the tree out of the structure and fabricate a temporary roof system. This temporary roof protected the units from further damages as the rains of February showed no signs of stopping. Charter worked with the local city officials since the units required many upgrades to bring them into compliance with current building codes. The job was completed with an accelerated schedule, as one of the homes was under a contract of sale.
