Arbor Station Building Envelope Rehabilitation

The primary area of concern at Arbor Station was the lack of or insufficient waterproofing details at balcony decks, roofs, windows and doors. Repairs included the removal and replacement of siding at targeted areas, removal and reinstallation of windows and sliding glass doors, installation of waterproofing at balcony decks, and integration of diverter and saddle flashing at roof to wall tie-ins.

During the project, consultants identified additional repairs for waterproofing porches, microbial remediation and extension of condensation lines. Cost containment and value engineering on the core project saved significant funds to cover nearly all the of expanded scope.
